Keith Fletcher CEO

Keith was a co-founder of Myprac in 2006. 

 

Keith has many years of industry experience through board and project roles in health and also through the development and operation of General Practices. Keith has previously held the position of CEO of Murrumbidgee Division of General Practice during a highly successful period for MDGP. MDGP was highly successful in securing project funding to fill service gaps in regional NSW and developed cooperative relationships with other divisions of general practice around the country and had projects showcased and implemented on a national level. 

Keith has passion for supporting quality services and taking pride in doing things right. Keith's philosophy centered on quality and ethics has delivered a competitive edge in showcasing quality efficient General Practice and supportive workplace environments. Myprac practices have very low staff turnover rates and are often cited by new GPs and staff as being one of the most pleasant places they have worked in. 




 

Dr Jaime McEncroe – Co-founder and Medical Consultant

 

Jaime brings a wealth of expertise from decades of experience as a GP, and roles in practice management, hospital administration, corporate governance and medical education. Following 22 years as a full-time rural GP, he held various roles, including Director of Medical Services and General Manager of Griffith Base Hospital, lecturer with the UNSW’s Faculty of Medicine and Senior Medical Educator with GP Synergy. Jaime is a Fellow of ACRRM and a member of the American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL).

His areas of special interest include healthcare quality improvement, corporate governance and management, especially risk management, preventative medicine and emergency medicine.

He provides valuable insight regarding business planning, medical workforce, clinical governance and the needs of General Practitioners. He shares Keith's passion for doing things right and not compromising on quality. He is a proponent of modern General Practice rooted in the traditional values of the medical profession.  

Neil McAliece - Operations Manager

 

Neil has been Myprac's Operations Manager for 9 years and engaged in a consultancy capacity from Myprac's beginnings in 2006. Neil's early career was focused on Information Technology (from a few years before the world wide web was invented). Neil has experience in retail and small business IT which eventually led to holding the position of IT manager at a large food processor and exporter. 

In 2003 Neil took on an IT management role with Murrumbidgee Division of General Practice. This began the career path towards practice support and medical management. Through this role Neil became involved not only in practice information systems but also practice support more broadly, including supporting practices in their preparation for accreditation. 

Through his role at Myprac, Neil is involved in business planning and development and is closely engaged with our Practice Managers, supporting them with regards to all operational aspects of running our practices. This includes activities such as recruitment, facility management, information technology, regulatory obligations, quality improvement, human resources, risk management, staff training and standards compliance. 

Monica Lenon - Finance Manager

 

Monica is our resident spreadsheet magician with a central role of keeping everything on track. Monica has been with Myprac since early 2011 and has a pivotal role in business planning, risk management, human resources and financial compliance obligations. Monica has previous industry experience in retail, food manufacturing and banking finance. 

Monica has developed a range of systems and procedures to continuously monitor the financial health of Myprac and our practices and is routinely engaged with our practice managers on finance and operational issues. Monica is responsible for payroll for Myprac and all practices, accounts receivable, accounts payable and overall financial management of the Myprac group of businesses.
